Karly Morris

Maid of Honor

Karly and I have been friends since kindergarten. People knew us as a pair growing up and we both ended up going to Virginia Tech, living together for 3 years (without killing each other)! Karly is my bestest friend since forever, the pea to my pod, the jelly to my bean. She is one of the strongest people I know and I do not know where I would be without her love and support my whole life. It only made sense that she would stand by my side as my MOH on my big day.

Cortney Jessee

Matron of Honor

Cortney is the big sis, the much much older sister by 5 years! She is only one who has fought with me and loved me my whole entire life! Cortney cares for her patients as an OT with all her energy and heart. She lives with such passion, something I am encouraged by daily. Not too long ago she married her JJ, the man of her dreams, and I can't wait for her be by my side as I marry mine!

Taylor Cannaday

Taylor, or Tay, has been in my life for a while now -- from summers spent at her grandma's pool, to all the volleyball & basketball practices and games, and breakfast nook talks with her dad, and even to fallin' in love at the same time! What I love most about Taylor is her love for others. She works as a nurse, and that fits her perfectly. She has encouraged me in my walk with the Lord, and has shown me Jesus' love and grace! She too will be a bride in July, and I cannot wait to celebrate her!

Sarah Eller

Sarah and I have been friends since we were big enough to throw a softball around. Our fathers are best buddies and so are we! Sarah is a friend who has stuck with me even though we have been apart for a few years now as she was getting her Masters Degree in Public Health at the University of Georgia. Sarah is lovely and cheers me on through all the stages of life! We've talked about this day for a while now and I can't wait for her to be apart of my special day!

Hailee Gann

Hailee and I met in our dorm freshman year at Virginia Tech! I am so grateful that the Lord placed us across the hall from each other, as Hailee has become one of my dearest friends. We are very different humans, but we would both agree that we kinda complete each other, in a friendship kind-of-way. Hailee will ask you a million questions about how you are doing, and that has been so valuable to me as it has challenged me to search my heart and seek purity. I love that Hailee demands authenticity and wants to know the depths of those she loves.

Skylar Oke

Skylar Oke, my girl. Skylar and I also met in our dorm freshman year and then we ended up sharing a bathroom in the same apartment for the next 3 years! In college, Skylar and I loved to drive around Blacksburg to listen to music and eat at the local mexican restaurant. She is courageous and fun, someone who is willing to travel around the world when she is called, and dance her heart out in any given situation. I am beyond excited that Skylar will be able to be the life of the party on the dance floor on our big day!

Jessie Slaughter

Jessie and I met in college and we instantly connected over our hometowns in small-town SWVA. Jessie is hilarious and the most loyal. I always knew Jessie would be on my team, no matter what! A highlight of my time in college was sitting weekly with Jessie and our discipler as we drank coffee and deeply shared our lives. Jessie LOVES to learn and is currently studying at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary! I am so proud of Jessie and love that she will be by my side, as she always has been, on my wedding day!

Erin Worrall

Meet Erin, my best mom friend! I babysat her daughter, Eleanor in college and I ended up becoming an Honorary Worrall. Erin spends her time mending to her garden, knitting and sewing, caring for her chickens and piglets, and feeding her large family of 6 the most delicious farm fresh meals. She is the best mom and wife to Bryan and it was a joy to witness that in my college years. Erin treats me like her own sister and I couldn't imagine the day without her!

Karlyn Chen

Karlyn is the adventurous and spontaneous friend, the friend that would call me during college at midnight to ask if I wanted to go do something fun like hike or get ice cream. 9/10 times my answer was "Karlyn, you're doing what?! I love you, but no." My friendship with Karlyn is so special as we can always pick up where we left off, even if we haven't talked in months. She is someone who is wants to hear your heart and encourages others to live life to the fullest! No matter how far we are apart in miles, I know Karlyn is always cheering me on.

Christina Knaus

Christina is beautifully her own. She is creative, loyal, and wise! Oftentimes she is working on a craft project such as a sewing a quilt or dress that needed some love from a thrift store! There is so much to learn from her, and I am so thankful that our friendship was able to grow more as we both started a new chapter in Richmond this past year. She is a friend that you want to talk to for hours as she speaks genuinely and truthfully into your life. Also, I am SO proud that she is my female engineering friend! You rock Christina, and we need more souls like you on the earth.

Megan Lee

Megan Lee, what would we do without her? She can bake a mean dessert and sing like an angel and will cry at the cuteness of a puppy. She is the sweetest and kindest person, who loves Caleb and I both so well! Megan is one who is genuinely excited for all of those in her life and what a joy it will be to have her by my side!
