What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving 30 minutes early so you don't miss a thing! It's a great time to take in the sights, mingle, take pictures, and fill out the guest book!

Where are the nearest hotels to the venue?

Answer

Hotels and AirBnB's are located 20-25 minutes away in the following places: Indianola; Norwalk; Urbandale; Winterset; West Des Moines! Learn more on our 'Travel' tab.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVP's will be sent out mid-February. Please respond to RSVP's by April 18th.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please let us know if you have any allergies. There will be a vegetarian option available already, and Caleb is allergic to nuts, so those won't be on the menu! A request line for allergies can be found on the RSVP and we will do our best to accommodate!

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes! There are no stairs needed to enter the venue and reception area! The ceremony will take place outside (weather permitting) next to the venue, so there is no rough terrain or far distances! Please note the road will be made of gravel.

Is there parking for the ceremony & reception?

Answer

Yes! There is parking at the venue. You may leave your car there overnight until 10:00am the following day.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, but there is parking available and cars can be parked overnight until 10:00am the following day. You can also call for a service such as Uber and Lyft.

Can I bring my children under 18?

This will be a child-free event!
