Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo
While our wedding does take place at the zoo, if you have any additional time in Gulf Shores, we recommend exploring the zoo in its entirety!
Gulf State Park
There are a lot of fun things to do in the Gulf State Park! We recommend taking some time to visit the beaches and walking the trails found in the park. Access to the park is free, but some areas and activities require payment (such as parking at the beach access points, ziplining, cave tours, etc.).
The Track - Gulf Shores
The Track is a great option for families. There are go karts, rides, and arcade games for some fun in your down time.
Waterville USA/Escape House
Who doesn't love a waterpark? Waterville is a whole lot of fun with a whole lot of things to do. If waterparks aren't your thing, they also have escape rooms, arcade games, and rollercoasters.
Gulf Shores Museum
We love going to museums, so we recommend checking this one out! The Gulf Shores Museum has an exhibit on local history as well as rotating seasonal exhibits as well. Also, if you do visit the museum, be sure to check out the butterfly garden tucked away behind the building!
Kiva Dunes Public Golf Course
If golfing is your thing, we recommend checking out the Kiva Dunes Golf Course. We don't have any personal experience with Kiva Dunes, but it was voted #1 public golf course in Alabama so it has to be pretty good, right?!
