What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Feel free to RSVP via the online link or mailing it in to us. Though the latest you should RSVP by is June 15th please, so that we are able to get final counts for preparations.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony commences at 3:30pm, please arrive at least 30 minutes before. This allows everyone time to leisurely find a seat before the ceremony starts.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask our guests to come in semi-formal wear for the day. Please no jeans.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes kids are welcome, all we ask is for younger kids to be looked after by their adults throughout the night. The bride and groom, just asks for a quiet ceremony due to paying for a videographer. Otherwise we would love for your kids to join.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes we have two hotels where we've blocked rooms for out guests, that is close by the venue. If you are interested in booking a room to stay for the occasion please reference our travel tab on this website.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a huge parking lot at the venue where the reception and ceremony will take place on the day.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We are planning to have chicken, brisket, and some burnt ends meat options, with some classic sides. If you have a food allergy please let us know and we will try our very best to accommodate you.
