Hotel
Cambridge Hotel & Conference Centre
We have reserved a hotel block for our guests to help our out of town guests with finding accommodation. While we understand some may want to book other accommodation, we have contacted the Cambridge Hotel and Conference Centre to help offer our guests a reduced rate for a hotel in the area, just a 10 minute drive from our reception. For our hotel block we have reserved rooms consisting of the Traditional two queen bed style room and the deluxe 1 queen bed with a pullout. Please click the link below where it says ‘View’ to be taken to the hotel website for additional pictures. The rate for the room is $149/night plus 4% municipal accommodations tax and plus 13% HST. This includes breakfast for two people with any additional person adding an additional $15 charge/per extra person to the room fee. To book contact the reservations department anytime at (519) 622 1505 or email frontdesk1@cambridgehotel.ca and quote the “Stubbs & Wideman Wedding” to receive the discounted rate. This hotel has been reserved to guarantee room availability for the night of September 21, but will also allow this same discounted rate to be accessed up to 3 days prior and 3 days post our wedding date (September 21) subject to room availability for those who may be looking to stay the night before or additional nights after. However, for the rooms we have reserved on September 21, 2025, these rooms have been held for our wedding and will remain reserved until July 19, 2025, at which point we will have to release any unbooked rooms in our block back to the hotel. At that point you will still be able to get the discounted rate after July 19, but only if rooms are still available! This hotel is very busy and typically books out every weekend especially during wedding season so we suggest if you are looking at accommodation to book early to avoid any issues with availability!
