Can I bring a date?

We aren’t able to add extra guests. Our list is final and we’re at capacity. We appreciate your understanding - we can't wait to have you there!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! The Langtree Trolley will run from the hotel(s) we have blocks at to the venue and back after the reception.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adult only celebration so everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. The wedding guests are 21+ due to alcohol being served at the venue; thank you for understanding

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are requesting a semi-formal dress code. We can't wait to see our loved ones dresses up! Ideas: Floor length dresses, cocktail length dresses, dressy separates, or a suit and tie. We ask that no jeans or white be worn.

What's the nearest airport?

Answer

The closest airport is Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) - about 30 minutes from the airport. *Traffic is sometimes not the greatest on 77 please allow yourself time for any congestion and bring your PATIENCE.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is free self parking on-site at the venue if you are planning on driving.
