We're getting married!

Peyton and Caleb first met in the spring of 2016 at Texas Tech University as student teachers. Peyton and Caleb's classrooms at Frenship High School were across the hall from each other and they would often chat during passing periods and soon became friends. After graduating in 2017, Caleb stayed at Texas Tech to get his Masters degree and Peyton started teaching. They both ended up in the Houston area and began dating in the summer of 2021. Their first date was to the Houston Museum of Fine Arts followed by dinner. Some of their favorite dates since then have been going to a ropes course, a stand-up comedy show, the rodeo, carving pumpkins, the arcade, walks in the park, and so much more. Caleb proposed on December 9th, 2022 while looking at Christmas lights with a box of mementos from their relationship (some from before they were dating) and Peyton said yes immediately. Caleb and Peyton are looking forward to saying "I Do", traveling, buying a home, and getting to experience all of life's milestones together.
