When is the RSVP deadline?

We would appreciate having all RSVP's in by May 2nd 2026

What should I do if I can't make it?

You will be missed! If you cannot attend, please indicate on your RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly.

Where to find restrooms?

Answer

The Administrator House will be in use. Restrooms can be found at the Main Lodge!

When to arrive?

Answer

Ceremony starts at 5:00 pm. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before to allow plenty of time to find parking and seating!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. We do have a tent reserved that will cover all of the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception in case of rain.

What to wear?

Answer

We ask for our guests to dress garden semi-formal. Please no jeans or all white dresses.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids invited?

Due to limited space, children within immediate family will only be allowed. Thank you for understanding!

Is there free parking?

Answer

Yes! McMenamins does have free parking/ overnight parking available. We have attached a map of the grounds to help navigate guests. Please be aware that this parking is available to all of their hotel guests and any concert guests as well.

PSA to guests!

Answer

Instead of a typical guestbook, we would love it if each guest brought their favorite thing to bake, cook, etc. Please bring a printed/ written recipe for us to recreate during our married life! There will be a box at the wedding for cards/ recipes!
