If weather permits, events will be held outdoors, including the ceremony, dinner, and dancing. Cocktail hour will take place both indoors and outdoors. The mansion will be open throughout the day, and guests are welcome to move freely between spaces or step inside at any time to cool down. Indoor space will also be available if needed due to weather.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Please plan to arrive around 4:30-4:40 PM to allow time for parking and finding your seat. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle that includes Rollins Mansion on a first-come, first-served basis. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are also readily available in the area.

All of the day’s events will be held at Rollins Mansion. Parking is available for free nearby in the business lot at 2633 Fleur Dr, Des Moines, IA 50321.

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. If you received a plus one, this will be noted on your RSVP. Thank you so much for understanding!

We want all of our guests to relax and enjoy the celebration, so our wedding will be an adults-only event. Any children who are invited will be included by name on the invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the evening!
