Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes! We have set up a block of rooms at the Embassy Suites. Please see the travel page on our website for details of our hotel block.

Are kids welcome?

We respectfully request no children at the reception, allowing all of our guests to enjoy an adults-only evening.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. We suggest cocktail dresses for women and suits (tie optional) for men.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be plenty of parking available at Galway Downs. However, if you plan on taking part in the open bar, we suggest utilizing UBER or LYFT as we encourage responsible drinking ◡̈ We have also been informed that overnight parking is okay on venue property as long as you retrieve your car BY 10am Sunday
