Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we will only be able to accommodate those specifically listed on your formal invitation. Invitations will be sent out in the spring. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting that guests dress aligned with a black tie optional/formal dress code. Where should we park?

Answer

There are 60 parking spots available at Willowdale Estate. We will update information in the Travel tab in the coming months to provide information on trolley transportation from Newburyport, MA to and from the venue.

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding will be held at Willowdale Estate, where the ceremony will be held in the garden courtyard. Cocktail hour will take place inside the estate and the rest of the reception will be held predominantly under the tent!

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We request that all guests arrive to Willowdale Estate at 5pm. There will be passed refreshments prior to the ceremony which will begin at 5:30pm. Guests utilizing the trolley will arrive to the venue by 5pm. We understand this is a Friday wedding and advise to make the trip up to the north shore with ample time due to anticipated traffic. Thank you!

Where should I stay?

Answer

We will be staying at the Garrison Inn in Newburyport, which is a short 20min drive from the venue. There are many hotel and AirBnB options around the area. Please see "Travel" tab for more information. We do not have room blocks reserved so please feel free to book whenever you see fit!
