WHAT IS THE ATTIRE?

Answer

Cocktail Attire: Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and gentlemen should wear suit and tie or a sports coat.

WHERE ARE THE CEREMONY AND THE RECEPTION TAKING PLACE IN MAY?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception in May are taking place in the same location. However, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors (weather permitting) so please plan accordingly.

WHERE SHOULD GUESTS PARK? IS PARKING FREE?

Answer

There is a free parking lot with an attendant onsite. The ceremony and reception will be held a short distance from the parking lot. If you need to leave your car over night that is also ok!

ARE KIDS WELCOME? CAN I BRING A DATE?

We have a strict guest list to maintain venue capacity. Please RSVP for only those included on your invitation.

WHERE DO YOU RECOMMEND I STAY? ( HORSHAM EVENT)

Answer

We have a block of rooms at the Joseph Ambler Inn Reserved for our guests who would like to stay on site. To reserve a room please call 215-362-7500 and say you are part of the Calderwood party.

WILL FOOD AND DRINKS BE SERVED AT THE RECEPTION?

Answer

Our Event in Horsham we will be serving a full dinner buffet as well as a full bar. Please come ready to eat! Remember to indicate any dietary restrictions on your RSVP. Our June Event in Charlotte we will be serving Hors D'oeuvres as well as beer and wine. Please Eat Prior to the event.

CAN I TAKE AND POST PICTURES OF THE WEDDING ON SOCIAL MEDIA?

Answer

Yes we encourage you to take as many pictures are you like and share them on social media for us to see. However, please do not use your mobile device during the ceremony.
