Please RSVP by August 15th so we can ensure we have enough food and drinks for everybody!
Yes! The venue is in the backyard of a residence. When you get to the venue, you will go up a dirt driveway and see a house on the left and a barn on the right. Parking will be by the barn, and we will have it clearly marked! From there, we will have signage showing you where to go for the ceremony. Here is a link to the venue's photo gallery: https://www.diyeventvenue.com/gallery/
The ceremony will begin at 3:00, so if you arrive by 2:30, that will leave plenty of time for you to find a seat and mingle for a bit.
We will have a cocktail hour from 3:30 to about 5:00 while photos are being taken, and dinner will start at 5:00. Pizza instruction will take about 5 minutes, then tables will be called up by number to begin making their pizzas. Pizzas will feed 2-4 people and take 2.5-3.5 minutes to cook depending on how many toppings are on. We will start dessert around 6:30 so we can get photos before the photographers leave.
Semi-Formal. For our Arizona family and friends, end of September in Colorado may get a bit chilly at night, make sure to bring a jacket/coverup!
Your RSVP should include a plus one if we do not have your significant other's information. If that option is not working for you, please reach out to us.
Yes! Kids are welcome. If they wish to go down towards the garden area, they must be supervised at all times. There are two koi ponds down there and the venue requires that any children in that area have an adult with them.
Your presence on our special day is all we could ever wish for, so gifts are not required nor expected! If you feel so inclined, we have set up a honeymoon fund and a registry right here on this website.
There are a few with different price ranges listed on the "travel" section of this website, as well as a link for some Airbnb's in the area.
