Joe loves a bar without a tv, and they're hard to come by these days! The Avery has that dark speakeasy spirit, and on a nice night, they let you take your drinks outside to sip in Luongo Square.
Olneyville New York System
A local legacy that's a 2 minute walk from our wedding venue. Try the infamous hot wieners, but be sure to order them "all the way" and don't dare asking for ketchup. Pair it with a coffee milk for a true Rhode Island experience!
Rhode Island School of Design Museum
You won't catch Joe here during wedding weekend! But if you want to see the beautiful museum that he works at, it's at the top of every Providence recommendation list for a reason.
The Nitro Bar
The most popular place on our street and the best nitro cold brew in the city. People travel to Providence strictly to hit Nitro Bar, so you can expect a line on the weekends (worth it)!
Tricycle Ice Cream
If you've visited us before the wedding, then it's a guarantee you've been to Tricycle for an ice cream sandwich. The shop now greets us with, "the usual?"
Rocket to Mars Vintage
Callie's favorite local vintage shop, selling items from the 1920s - 1990s. Pop in for the coolest clothes, furniture, lighting, books, jewelry, and much more. There's always something to find.
Pasta Beach
Callie's favorite restaurant in Rhode Island. Every dish is incredible, but their tomatoes are otherworldly so the bruschetta will blow your mind. We have celebrated many milestones here - from our post engagement dinner to birthdays to anniversaries.
Deadbeats
Our local dive where we love to end a night out. Free pinball machines, Halloween decorations hung up year round, and someone making grilled cheeses on a tiny grill in the corner of the bar. What more could you want?
Roger Williams Park
Joe's favorite place to take Callie on a sunny Saturday. The park is massive with so much to explore - walking trails, swan boats, a botanical garden, and even a zoo!
Narragansett Brewery
There are so many amazing breweries in Providence, but this is the one that we end up at the most often. It's a massive indoor/outdoor space with classic beers, amazing pretzels, and irresistible merch.
Troop
The coolest restaurant with a menu inspired by street food from around the world. You have to try Chad's cheddar biscuits, and enjoy the amazing decor and 80s and 90s hip hop music.
