Austin is one of those rare friends with a heart of gold who will drop whatever he's doing when you're in need of help (or carry Cal across the beach after injuring his ankle kiteboarding). Friends like Austin are hard to find, and Cal is lucky to have him.

Paige was Becky's very first Texas friend. They met over twelve years ago while working together at Loftus Family Dentistry. Paige is the only person to successfully convert Becky to country music, seafood, and falling in love with the South. Cal is forever grateful to Paige and her Cajun family for sparking her love for Louisiana and all things Cajun.
