Hawaii requires all incoming travelers over the age of 18 to create a Safe Travels profile. Please follow these steps to ensure a seamless entry.
Create a profile on travel.hawaii.gov
Add your trip to your profile. You will need this information: travel dates and flight numbers, government issued ID and the address of the location you are staying. You will add any travelers under the age of 18 to the specific trip
After adding your trip you may submit an exemption from quarantine.
If you are getting a COVID test, please ensure you go to an approved testing partner
If you are vaccinated, you will need to upload a copy of your vaccine card
You will need to upload a recent photo of yourself to the Other Document Upload section of your profile.
Within 24 hours of arrival, you will need to log back in the Safe Travels and complete the health questionnaire. After completing, you will receive a QR code that will be scanned at the airport for entry.
Flight
Kona International Airport (KOA)
All guests should fly into Kona International Airport. The venue is a 25-30 minute drive from the airport.

Malihini Keiki Care Nanny Services
Kids are welcome at all wedding activities. If you want to get a nanny for the wedding or any other time while you are on Island, the hotel recommends Malihini Keiki.
