We know traveling is a lot to ask, so if you are traveling to be with us on the big day, we appreciate it immensely! The wedding will be at Carmen's church, in the west end of Richmond.
If you're flying in, Richmond's airport (RIC) is about 45 minutes from the wedding location.
There are lots of hotels in immediate vicinity (within 5 minutes drive) of the area. If you are searching for a hotel online, look for hotels in Innsbrook or Short Pump. Innsbrook is a corporate office park kind of area with several hotels within 5 minute of the wedding site.
Short Pump is 5 minutes further west, but is home to Short Pump Town Center, should you want to do some light holiday shopping while you are here.
If you want to stay in downtown RVA to explore the city a little more, there are more options there as well. We're happy to give recommendations!

Flight
RIC
RIC is a small, easy airport. There are some great deals out of Jet Blue, Southwest and others. It's about a 45 minute ride from the airport to the wedding location.
Travel Note
Uber/Lyft
For those staying in hotels near the church (Innsbrook, Short Pump), Uber/Lyft would be very inexpensive; it's less than a 5 minute ride away!
Train
Amtrak
Amtrak has two stops in Richmond; one just a few minutes from Carmen's house, and the other downtown. If you ride in, let us know! We can make sure you have a ride once you arrive.
