To ensure you secure the room of your choice, we recommend booking as soon as possible. Please note that to secure your room, reservations must be made by December 2024. Additionally, full payment for your reservation is required by March 25, 2025.

Do we have to stay at this hotel?

Answer

To make the most of your experience and to avoid additional guest fees for accessing the wedding events, we strongly recommend staying at the resort. Guests who are not staying on-site will incur a guest fee to attend the wedding events. Staying at the resort will not only simplify logistics but also allow you to fully enjoy all the amenities and festivities without extra charges. The total cost of the venue package includes: Transportation: All arrangements for getting to and from the resort and airport. Airfare is NOT included. Hotel Accommodations: Comfortable lodging during your stay. All-Inclusive: Meals, beverages, and other amenities provided throughout the event.

What does all-inclusive mean?

"All-inclusive" refers to a type of vacation package where the cost covers almost everything you need during your stay. This includes: Accommodation: Your room or suite is included in the price. Meals and Snacks: The resort offers many different restaurants that you can enjoy for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks throughout the day. Beverages: Including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Entertainment: Access to various activities, shows, and entertainment options. The idea is to provide a hassle-free experience where you can enjoy your vacation without worrying about additional costs for meals, drinks, and some activities.

Yes! However, we are inviting only specific children to join us on our wedding day. If your child's name is listed on the invitation, they are warmly welcomed to attend.

Due to venue restrictions, we do not have the space for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Therefore, plus ones are by invitation only. Thank you so much for understanding!

Is there a dress code?

Dress Code: Beach Semi-Formal We’re thrilled to celebrate with you in beautiful Mexico! For our destination wedding, please dress in semi-formal, keeping in mind the tropical setting. For Men: A light-colored suit or dress pants with a stylish shirt is ideal. Feel free to go for a more relaxed look with a dressy short-sleeve shirt or a linen suit, depending on your comfort. For Women: A flowy sundress, a cocktail dress, or a chic jumpsuit would be perfect. Think about lightweight fabrics and vibrant colors that complement the sunny, beachy atmosphere. Since the weather will be warm, comfortable and breathable fabrics are recommended. We look forward to sharing this special day with you!

The resort has a fantastic range of activities, including a stunning beach, relaxing pools, a fun water park for kids, a rock wall, and numerous water activities. However, if you're looking for more to do please consult with the concierge for recommendations and arrangements

What is the weather going to be like?

In September, average daily temperatures in Playa Mujeres range from 75°F to 88°F. It can get pretty hot during the day, so we recommend to stay hydrated, enjoy the pool or beach and wear lightweight and breathable clothing.

The Riviera Maya region, where Playa Mujeres is located, is well-known for its focus on tourism safety and security. Local law enforcement and tourism officials are proactive in ensuring visitor safety by implementing measures to prevent crime and maintain a secure environment. Though Playa Mujeres is generally safe for tourists, it’s still wise to take common-sense precautions. Staying alert in tourist areas and following any safety advisories from local authorities will also contribute to a safe and enjoyable visit.
