Where will the venue be?
Answer
The venue is the Minnesota Renaissance Festival, located at 12364 Chestnut Blvd, Shakopee, MN.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Semi-formal/cocktail attire is appropriate. No jeans or leggings. We encourage you to have fun with your colors and patterns. Ladies, please avoid light or sky blue dresses. If you're unsure, just contact Caitlyn!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
We have decided to keep this an intimate event. Because of that, we ask that only the guests with a plus one on their invitation bring an extra guest. If your circumstances change, contact Caitlyn.

Our wedding will be adults only. We ask guests respect this request.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
While we don't have official group transportation, there will be many people available for carpooling.

Can I take pictures?
Answer
Yes! We encourage you to take pictures and videos. We will also have disposable cameras available for fun photo taking opportunities.

Is it ok to post wedding photos on social media?

While we appreciate that you would like to share the event, please wait until the bride and groom have made the first post after the wedding. Once that happens, feel free to share your favorite moments!

Yes, there is free parking on-site.

Will there be alcohol?
Answer
Yes, there will be alcohol! After the ceremony, a cash bar will run for three hours. Outside alcohol is not allowed at the venue.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our ceremony will be held outside in the Chapel Garden, and our reception will be held inside at Bad Manor. This is Minnesota in August, so please be mindful of the heat.

What time should I arrive? Will there be an after party?
Answer
Please arrive no later than 3pm. There will be no afterparty.
