We are asking all of our guests to please come in Semi Formal/ Cocktail Attire, this is a night out to dress up, look and feel your best with us on our special day!!
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding, feel free to reach out with any questions you may have!!
We are asking that during our ceremony guests refrain from using their cell phones to take pictures, that is what we are paying our photographer for! :) During cocktail hour and reception feel free to take as many pictures as you would like, but please refrain during the ceremony!!
We love your kids, we really do!! Please refrain from bringing your children, and use this as a fun night out!
Our ceremony will start promptly at 4pm we are asking guests to arrive 15-20 minutes prior to start time to ensure everyone is seated and ready to go at 4pm! If coming from the hotel on the bus the bus will be departing the hotel at 3:15 to ensure guests arrive at the venue on time.
The reception will be over at 10pm. Our DJ will play the last song around 9:30 to give time for Vincent and I to have a private dance at the end of the reception while guests who choose to stick around get ready outside for a formal exit! At 10pm guests must be leaving the property, no loitering, no cars left in parking lot. The bus will be departing from the barn promptly at 10pm to get guests back to the hotel.
A bus will be coming to the hotel prior to the ceremony to pick up guests that are staying at the hotel Friday night and don't wish to drive to the venue. Another bus will be coming back at the end of the reception to take those guests back to the hotel. You cannot take the bus if your car is on the venues property.
