Where is the ceremony and reception, and what are the details?

We're thrilled to share that both the ceremony and reception will take place at the beautiful Blue Heron Winery! The ceremony will begin at 3:45 PM, and we'll be wrapping up the night by 9:00 PM. We're so excited to celebrate our special day with you in this stunning setting!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:30 PM. We recommend arriving no later than 3:15 PM to allow time for parking and getting to the ceremony site. This will help ensure you don't miss a moment of our special day!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We're thrilled to celebrate with you! Unfortunately, our guest list is finalized, and we're unable to accommodate additional guests or plus-ones. We appreciate your understanding as we've worked to create an intimate celebration with our closest loved ones.

What kind of drinks will be served at the wedding?

Answer

We will be serving wine at the wedding, as per our venue's liquor license. Please note that no outside alcohol is allowed on the premises. We appreciate your cooperation and respect for the venue and our special day. In addition to wine, we'll also have soda, water, and tea available for our guests to enjoy.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We're keeping things relaxed and comfortable! Since the wedding is completely outside with a few covered areas, we recommend wearing comfortable shoes that can handle the terrain. That being said, we want you to look your best for photos, so don't be afraid to bust out those nice pants and fancy dresses! We want everyone to feel comfortable and stylish on our special day.

Is there parking for the venue?

Answer

There is parking available at the venue. We recommend that guests with mobility concerns park in the closer parking areas, while others are welcome to park in the overflow field, which is a short walk to the venue. This will help ensure that everyone has a convenient and comfortable experience.

Is there an open bar at the wedding?

Answer

Yes, we’re excited to share that our wedding will feature an open bar with wine! Due to our venue's liquor license, wine will be the only alcoholic option available. We're looking forward to toasting and celebrating with our closest loved ones – cheers!

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

After 11 amazing years together, we already have everything we truly need. Instead of traditional gifts, we’re planning a short 4 night cruise to CocoCay to celebrate our first adventure as a married couple! Anything gifted beyond that will help us start working toward our dream home. We’ll be fixing up our current house with hopes to sell in the next couple of years and begin building the place we’ve always imagined together. We don’t need (or expect) any presents, just having you celebrate with us means the world.
