Caitlyn and Pranava met while working at Wilson Memorial Hospital. Pranava would bring Caitlyn treats like coffee, gatorade and cupcakes while working on North Tower 4.

Pranava completely surprised Caitlyn with his proposal. They were at a friend's birthday party playing a wine game in which you had to guess by taste what wine it was. Pranava had replaced the label of the bottle Caitlyn had with a letter to her which at the end asked her to marry him. When she turned around he was down on one knee behind her with the most gorgeous ring. Of course she said yes!
