We kindly ask that all guests RSVP by our deadline of April 1.
Our ceremony will take place promptly at 6pm. Guests taking provided transportation will be picked up at 4:30pm from the Hyatt Regency in Austin. For guests planning their own transportation, note that we will have a welcome beverage for guests beforehand, so please feel free to arrive at 5:45pm to enjoy and ensure you are there for ceremony start time!
Our dress code is formal attire - suits and ties for the men, and elegant floor-length or cocktail dresses for women. Please note that our ceremony will take place outdoors on grass, so women may need to plan heels accordingly!
Yes - for guests staying at or near our room block at the Hyatt Regency Austin, transportation will be departing the hotel at 4:30pm. The drive from the hotel to the venue is around 45-50 minutes, so please plan accordingly!
We have included a section to list food allergies in the RSVP portion of our website. If you are unsure if you entered your allergy, please go back in to edit your RSVP and check that the information is there!
Parking is available for the ceremony/reception space - however, we of course recommend that any guests who plan on partaking in our open bar opt for a rideshare or our provided shuttle!
Due to space restrictions at our venue, we can only accommodate those expressly invited. If you have been given a plus one, either their name or "guest" will be listed on your invitation.
Similarly to with plus ones, only children who have been listed on invitations are able to attend due to space restraints at our venue. We hope you understand and can enjoy a well-deserved date night!
