We ask that you kindly RSVP by January 7th, 2026, as we need to provide the venue and the catering company with a total guest count in a timely manner. If we do not receive your RSVP by the deadline, we will have to mark you as "not attending."
Yes! We’d love for our guests to use this as an excuse to dress up with us. Formal attire isn’t required—your Sunday best is perfect. We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing cream, ivory, or white.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests due to venue capacity. We can only accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invitation will be addressed as (Your Name) + (Guest) if a plus one has been allocated to you.
We have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event. We hope you take advantage of this and treat it as a well-deserved date night!
The ceremony will begin at 5:00pm. Jacksonville traffic is very unpredictable, so please allow yourself ample time to drive to the venue or order your ride sharing services. We recommend arriving at 4:30pm. Use that extra time to socialize or take photos with friends and family and get your seats before the ceremony.
No, due to the wedding being a budget friendly wedding there will not be transportation provided to the venue. We highly recommend using ride services, such as Lyft, or Uber to get the venue.
Yes! There is ample parking on site at the Ramada. We encourage anyone driving to this event to drink responsibly, as we will be having a mini bar during cocktail hour, that will be serving beer and wine.
After the ceremony, the bridal party and immediate family will be taking photos around the venue. Guests can enjoy cocktail hour with drinks and hors d'oeuvres.
We have decided to do a mini bar that will be serving beer and wine during the cocktail hour and reception. If you wish to have a mixed drink or hard liquor you will have to pay a fee. Pricing will be listed day of at the bar. Prices are set by Ramada.
The ceremony will be open seating, so sit wherever you please! However, the first 3 rows on each side will be reserved for immediate family and the bridal party. When facing the altar, the bride will be standing on the left and the groom will be standing on the right. If you'd rather see one or the other's facial expressions throughout the ceremony, sitting on the opposite side would make it easier. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are seated with those they know.
No, we opted against reserving room blocks for guests in one particular hotel. To be transparent, the rates for reserved rooms within the blocks were not significantly more affordable than the typical rates. We also did not want guests to feel pressured into staying at one hotel, when there are so many great options in the area. We understand that many guests have hotel points that can only be redeemed at a particular hotel chain or would prefer to stay in an Airbnb/VRBO with friends and family. We appreciate you for understanding our rationale!
