Can I bring my kids?
Answer
To give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children. We understand that the Orlando area is very popular with families and that everyone will want to travel with their kids but we are requesting this be a adult only celebration. We have a contact for a local childcare service to provide guests that wish to travel to Florida as a family. If you have any questions, please reach out to Caitlyn or Keaton.

What is the Dress Code?
Answer
Formal / Cocktail Attire: Long or short dresses. Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and suits.

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Answer
The address for Tradition at Reunion Resort is 7880 Nicklaus Cluhouse Ln, Kissimmee, FL 34747. It will also show up if you add the b in clubhouse - 7880 Nicklaus Clubhouse Ln, Kissimmee, FL 34747. Local guests will be able to find it by typing in Traditions Restaurant at Reunion Resort in google maps.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, parking will be available at both the ceremony and reception. Guests are encouraged to drive and park at the ceremony location - 7880 Nicklaus Cluhouse Ln, Kissimmee, FL 34747. After happy hour, the reception will start at 6pm at the following address - 7593 Gathering Dr, Kissimmee, FL 34747. Both addresses are located on the property of Reunion Resort. The distance between the two locations are 1.5 miles (roughly 6 minutes). Complementary shuttles are available to guests from Traditions Clubhouse to the Grande Tower at Reunion Resort. At the end of the night, guest that took the shuttle will be returned to Traditions Clubhouse or rental properties.

What will I need to get through the gate at Reunion Resort?
Answer
All guests will be provided with a customized resort guest pass for the day of the wedding via email. If you choose to RSVP on the website, please make sure to add an email in order to receive the guest pass to print. If you do not have the pass available, please allow for additional time to provide an ID to the gate attendant and mention the Smith - Kovacs wedding. Resort guests will receive a guest pass at check-in for the entire stay.

Why should we stay on property?
Answer
Reunion Resort offers a ton of amenities to their resort guests. In addition to golfing, pools and on-site dining, they offer shuttle services all over the property and can deliver you to your door after the party ends each night.

How do I book a house at Reunion Resort?
Answer
If you are traveling with a larger group, we highly recommend booking a home on property. To take advantage of the discount, go to Reunionresort.com and select vacation rentals, plug in your desired dates and click on refine search filters to check the box that says "Official Reunion Resort and Golf Club Vacation Homes". Some homes require a 3 night minimum.. so play around with the dates if it comes back that none are available. Once you find an option that you would like to book reach out to Caitlyn/Keaton. All guests receive 10% discount off the rental price for homes when mentioning they are with the Kovacs / Smith wedding.
