Back when Caitlyn was still a senior in her chemical engineering program, Jeremy had the lucky task of interviewing her for a potential position at Dow Chemical. After the formal interview, everyone went to lunch and while the other Dow employees were eager to talk about Disney, and the beach, and other Florida topics, Jeremy was much more focused on informing Caitlyn that her beloved football coach, Jimbo Fisher, would be leaving FSU for Texas A&M. Caitlyn was thrown off guard by this assertion but argued right back that Jimbo was loyal. Turns out, Caitlyn was wrong (probably the only time in recorded history). In fact, the first day that Caitlyn showed up for her role at Dow, Jeremy walked into her office, tossed down a Dave Campbell's Texas Football magazine on her desk and walked away. On the cover? Jimbo Fisher fully decked out in Texas A&M gear. After a year of working together and backing each other up in their roles as run plant engineer and technical advisor, Jeremy got up the courage to tell Caitlyn he was crazy about her and begged her for a date. (At least that's how Caitlyn remembers it) Caitlyn agreed to take the chance on a man who had been by her side through thick and thin as a co-worker and before she knew it, she was also head over heels for him! The next 5 years flew by in a whirlwind of combining families, purchasing a house together, and creating a life they love. As a couple, Caitlyn and Jeremy value family above all else and have been focused on creating lasting memories for not just their immediate family but extended families as well. We cannot wait to celebrate our union with our friends and family surrounding us!
