What time should I arrive at the ceremony?What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the ceremony No later than 4pm to make time for parking and finding a seat. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 and anyone who arrives after then will not be allowed to sit at the ceremony. They will have to wait until cocktail hour to join everyone.

Yes! The ceremony and reception will be on the same property which will have you parked for both upon arrival!

Answer

Yes! There are too many children in our life to not let them celebrate with us! Just remember this is also an adult based event, so if you are not comfortable with your children to be around alcohol or some a bit of distasteful music for children please find other arrangements for them.

Is there a dress code?Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal/ semi-formal “western” attire is preferred but the venue will be in a grassy area except for the reception so whatever footwear you feel most comfortable in is recommended. The grooms party will be wearing cowboy boots. If you would like to coordinate with our color scheme, our colors are Burgundy-Rose Gold- Navy Blue and a dark pine/ evergreen shade

Answer

Yes, there will be mixed drink cocktails during our cocktail hour and once that ends it will be exclusively be beer and wine throughout the rest of the night.

There are two designated smoking/ vaping areas at our venue. We will have signs stating where those are. No Marijuana will be tolerated at our venue per the contract.

Answer

PLEASE RSVP by August 30th, 2025! We will need to give final guest counts to vendors about a month before our Big Day!

Can I bring a date?Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately our venue has a very strict max guest count, so unless your online RSVP has you labeled with a guest, no other plus ones will be allowed.
