While we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our welcome party, wedding ceremony and reception as adults-only events and respectfully ask that children do not attend. We hope you'll take this opportunity to enjoy a date night and we appreciate you making prior arrangements!
Join the bride and groom for welcome drinks the night before! The party will be held Friday 8/22/25 at Ormsby's in the private bocce room located on the ground floor from 8-10pm. For our guests staying at Bellyard Hotel, Ormsby's is about a 3 minute walk from the hotel. For those driving, parking validations for each guest will be provided that are good for 3 hours free in the Westside Provisions parking deck on site. Guests may begin to arrive at 4:00pm. Ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm. Please give yourself enough time to park and/or find your seat.
For those attending our welcome party on Friday night, the attire is nice casual. Men think golf attire, or dark jeans and a polo. Women think sundress and sandals, or dark jeans and a blouse. For wedding day, attire is Semi-Formal. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
For our guests staying at Bellyard Hotel, transportation will be provided to/from the wedding venue. There will be 2 transportation shuttles, holding 14 guests each. Multiple trips will be made to accommodate all guests. Details coming soon regarding shuttle times.
Yes. Prior to ceremony, there will be an attendant in the front parking lot of the venue directing people where to park. We do encourage car pooling to optimize parking spaces or ubering. Overnight parking is not permitted.
