How We Met

9-18-18

Brandon and I met at a seafood festival at Hampton Beach in NH. We spent the entire day together and even stayed late for the fireworks! It was a great day with food, drinks, live music and even played corn hole on the beach. We watched the sunset and talked the entire time. It was easy and felt like we already knew each other. Every time we hung out after it just felt right. We connected and were able to talk easily about anything. We lived an hour away from each other then so every weekend one of us would drive to the other and spend the weekend together. This made us miss each other more and more. After only a short three weeks we officially started dating.

Our True Love

February 2019

After 6 months of being together, we knew that we were meant to be. So we ended up starting to look for somewhere to live together. We moved into a duplex in Saco, ME and bought our puppy, Rigley shortly after. We built a home together and started new jobs.

How He Popped The Question!

12-18-2021

It was the famous Hodge Christmas party. This year it was at Jim and Sue's house in North Yarmouth, ME. Everyone from the Hodge side of the family, cousins and all were gathered. They always do a big "Red Sox" Swap. So during the swap it comes to Brandon's turn, he's looking all around at the other gifts and then say's, " I don't like any of these gift's, rather have this gift." And drops to one knee in front of the entire family. Everyone gasps and screams. I start balling my eyes out and of course says Yes! And then the rest is history!
