Is there parking on-site?

Answer

Yes, there is parking on-site. When you pull into the Inn at Serenbe, off of Hutchenson Ferry Rd., there is a large gravel parking lot, the Pecan Parking Lot, to the right with plenty of parking spaces. If you are coming from Selborne Lane, the Pecan Parking Lot will be to your left at the end of the road. From there, you will walk to the Lake Pavilion, and our team will direct you to the ceremony location.

How do we get to the ceremony?

Answer

Please refer to the map of the Inn at Serenbe grounds above. You can park in the Pecan Parking Lot and walk past guest services, past the animal village, then along the arbor to the Lake Pavilion. Once at the Lake Pavilion, team members will be there to direct you all to the ceremony location, the Open Air Function Room.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both will be held outdoors (weather permitting) at the Inn at Serenbe, so there will be no need for transportation in-between the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Our ceremony will be held at the open-air function room, our cocktail hour will be held on the lawn of the lake pavilion followed by our reception there as well.

What rideshare apps do you recommend?

Answer

We DO NOT want anyone drinking and driving. We recommend using rideshare apps (Lyft, Uber) for transportation if you plan on drinking and are not staying at the Inn! If you are able to schedule a ride in advance, that is what we'd recommend due to there being a limited number of Lyfts/Ubers in the area. Just make sure you plan to pick up your car the next day from the venue if you are leaving your vehicle overnight.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests, we can only accommodate those formally invited on the invitation. If you received a plus one, your invitation will be addressed as {Your Name} + {Guest} if a plus one has been given to you.

Is there anything I should avoid wearing?

Answer

The bride will be in white (of course), so please avoid wearing any white, cream, or ivory. Our bridal party will be wearing solid and floral shades of sage green, so please avoid wearing these colors to allow our bridal party to stand out. To stay on theme — please try to avoid any blacks, navys, or dark shades of clothing. The venue will be outdoors (weather permitting), so please be mindful of your footwear to avoid sinking in the grass.

How do I book a room at the venue, the Inn at Serenbe?

Answer

To book a room or a cottage at the Inn at Serenbe, please call (770)463-2610 and request to book under "Caitlyn & Collin's Wedding" block. If the Inn is full, do not worry! There is another beautiful resort, a short 15 minutes away from our venue, Foxhall Resort, that is linked under our "Travel" tab on the website.

What should I do if I can't make the wedding?

Answer

You will be so very missed by us, but do not feel guilty! Life happens. If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can plan accordingly.
