Lisbon is one of our favorite cities in the world! Our recommendation list is endless but here are a few of our favorites: • Explore the many neighborhoods of Lisbon: Alfama, Baixa, Barrio Alto and Chiado, just to name a few! Wear comfortable shoes because it is very hilly. • Time Out Market features some of the best dishes from restaurants around the city. Head here for a casual lunch or dinner. • Snag a reservation at a local taberna and immerse yourself in traditional Portuguese cuisine (we love O Velho Eurico and Taberna Sal Grosso). Or try a bit of everything at Rosa da Rua, a homey buffet. • Take a day trip to Sintra and experience the magic of Pena Palace and Quinta da Regaleria. Book tickets ahead of time! • Enjoy an evening cocktail at Onda Cocktail Room or Monkey Mash. • Make sure to try Pastéis de Nata, Vinho Verde & Ginjinha! Once you’ve wrapped up your adventures in Lisbon, you can choose to take a Bolt/Uber or the Linha de Cascais Train along the coast to Cascais.
Located 30 minutes west of Lisbon, and historically a fishing village, Cascais has transformed into a beautiful and sophisticated seaside destination. We can’t wait to see you all here! • Explore downtown Cascais with its palm-fringed, mosaic-tiled sidewalks. It’s only a 10 minute walk from Hotel Cascais Miragem. • Rent a pedal-assist bike and cruise along the coast on the designated path that begins just past the marina. • Take in the views at Casa de Santa Maria and Boca do Inferno. • Hit the beach at Praia da Rainha, Praia da Ribeira or Praia da Conceição. • Grab a vegetarian lunch at the eclectic House of Wonders, or opt for sushi and sangria at Confraria. • Treat yourself to the Cataplana de Marisco at Restaurante Entraguas. • Relax at Hotel Cascais Miragem. Amenities include: infinity edge pool, indoor water lounge, state-of-the-art health club and spa. Plus there’s a bar & restaurant and hair & nail salon on-site.
