We're getting married!

Our story began at the start of 2023, when we “matched” in what Aaron describes as “love at first sight” when seeing Caitlin’s profile. All it took was a 3-hour Colectivo first coffee date at the lakefront location to know that the initial feeling was real. One month into dating, Caitlin was joining Aaron at the Camp Kesem Charity Gala, and seven months after that, they took their first out of state trip together to Austin, Texas to visit Caitlin’s family and catch a Longhorns game. The relationship got put to a big test on the travels home, as we missed our first flight ever, and upon making it back to O’Hare, Aaron ran over something while driving on the freeway which resulted in a flat tire and hours of delay. Aaron isn’t known as the most patient fella, but Caitlin’s presence kept him level headed. Just under a year after that, Aaron finally got the chance to bring Caitlin to the most special place in the world to him, Hayward, WI. It’s been the location of 25 years of memories, but the 26th year was the most special of all. Aaron took Caitlin on what she thought was just a nice boat ride on the lake, but at the end of the tour, it ended with Aaron getting down on one knee and proposing to Caitlin. Even though no words were able to be said due to emotions, Caitlin said yes with an embracing hug. The best part was both sets of parents there to greet them at the cabin after the amazing moment. That brings us to here. Planning and anticipating an amazing day joined by those we love the most, to celebrate our marriage with all of you.
