Please make transportation arrangements beforehand or plan to take a shuttle to one of the hotels.
While every effort is made to give our guests attending weddings preference for check-in, we cannot guarantee your room will be ready before 4pm. We ask that you use our online check in feature, if possible, to speed up the actual check in process. Everyone, however, will have to stop at our front desk to get their parking pass in order to leave a car in our lot regardless of your check in status. Remember that we only have one parking space per room, so if you have not car pooled, our front desk staff is more than happy to provide you with parking maps for the lots that allow overnight parking. If you need to leave for the wedding before your room is ready, we do have areas to store luggage and we do have restrooms that are available for you to freshen up in.
Although we love your little ones, we respectfully request no children under 14 at the ceremony & reception.
If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it were just you.
Semi-Formal & Cocktail Attire
The ceremony will start at 4:00pm in the Chapel located upstairs. We ask that you please get there between 3:30-3:45. Located on the 1st floor is the Stanchion Pub. Feel free to grab a cocktail before the ceremony starts!
Free parking is available directly across the street from the main entrance where the ceremony & reception will be.
