The ceremony will begin punctually at 5:30 in the evening, please arrive no later than 5:20pm or you will sadly miss out on our ceremony.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding inviation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside. The reception will take place indoors.
CHECK-IN FOR LODGING: 4PM CHECK-OUT FOR LODGING: 11AM Early Check-Ins are not available. Please Note - Check-in for all lodging is at the Inn’s front desk. Guests staying in Bay Pointe Woods cottages or the Boathouse Villa must come to the Inn to check in and pick up their keys. Due to the busy season and the time needed to prepare each room, early check-ins and late check-outs are rarely available. Note: This is only for guest staying at Bay Pointe
TRANSPORTATION: We are 35–45 minutes from Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo airports. There’s no public transportation, so please arrange travel in advance. Some guests have successfully used Lyft with prior planning. Please note this is rare though.
The wedding ends at 12am. To continue the celebration, guests can visit Gun Lake Casino (10 miles away) for gaming, live music, and food/drinks.
Bay Pointe Woods is located across the street from the Bay Pointe Inn at 5100 Oarie Dr. Shelbyville, MI. There is ample parking right outside the venue.
