San Francisco International Airport (SFO) or Oakland International Airport (OAK)

We know almost everyone will be flying in for our special day, so we wanted to provide some information on the nearest airports: San Francisco International Airport is approx. 58 miles away and takes about an hour and a half to arrive in Napa. Oakland International Airport is approx. 51 miles away and takes about an hour and 15 minutes to arrive in Napa. You can reserve a car at the airport or Uber to the hotel. There is also an airport shuttle available that runs from SFO and Oakland to Napa. Link is below: https://evanstransportation.com/

Embassy Suites by Hilton Napa Valley

This is where the bridal party and close family are staying. On the wedding day, Embassy Suites will be the pick up and drop off point for the shuttle. At this time, the hotel block has been filled. A heads up, there is a Nascar event that will likely affect all hotels in the area. We recommend to check out other hotels. A reminder that the shuttle will only pick up and drop off at Embassy Suites. You are welcome to use this shuttle if you have other accommodations. Cancellation Policy: Please don't cancel your rooms within 60 days of 6/11/22. We can't wait to see you all there 💜

House Or Rental

AIRBNB or VRBO

If you plan to stay with a group, Airbnb is a great option. Be sure to book early as these tend to go quick in the summer months! If you choose to book this, transportation to and from the wedding will only be provided from the Embassy Suites. Sonoma has many AirBNB's but is at least a 45 minute drive from the venue.
