Dinner from a taco truck and alcohol will be provided during the party hours listed. We will also have a photo booth and yard games! Please note: The venue has a strict noise restriction beginning at 10:00 p.m.

Ceremony

Cocktail Attire: Think cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, sport coats, jackets and slacks.
LADIES: The event will be in a grassy pasture, so wedges or block heels may be optimal.
Reception
4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

A Cocktail Hour will begin at the conclusion of the Ceremony. Light hors d'oeuvres and refreshments will be provided. The Reception will include an open bar, dinner and dessert. Shuttle services will be provided. The first pick-up stop will be at the Holiday Inn Express at 2:30 p.m. then followed by the Cable Mountain Lodge. Also, for those with children, some parents are beginning to coordinate a babysitter through Care.com. If you are interested in using this service, let us know and we can put you in contact with the other parents. Please note: The venue has a strict noise restriction beginning at 10:00 p.m.
