*This event is only required to be attended by the members of the wedding party, the parents of the bride/ the groom, padrinos, and the parents of all children in the wedding procession. All other guests are welcome to attend at their own expense. Only wedding procession members will have their meals paid for (not including any plus ones, spouses, or parents/ additional family members in attendance with wedding procession members). After the rehearsal dinner, we will be meeting at the wedding party's AirBNB to participate in the German wedding tradition of Polterabend. This wedding tradition includes guests all smashing porcelain on the ground to bring luck to the couple! The soon to be Mr. and Mrs. are then responsible for sweeping up the mess, to encourage teamwork in the marriage. Oh and did I mention there will be sparklers! The chapel rehearsal will be at 5pm, before the dinner.

Casual but bring wedding attire to change into
Members of the wedding party and procession may be in attendance during the day of breakfast and wedding preparations. Breakfast for the bride and her party members will be around 8:30am. Hair and makeup will be done after, at the Adriatica Bridal & Day Suite. The groom and his wedding party members will be having breakfast around 9:00am, with other day of plans to follow. This would also be the ideal time to complete any assigned wedding day responsibilities, as a wedding party member.
3:30 pm - 4:30 pm
Black-Tie: Wear floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses, tuxes with black neckties or bowties. Please avoid wearing any western wear, tennis shoes, denim, or sundresses. Those that do not abide by the attire suggestions will not appear in photographs and will be seated accordingly. Thank you!
The ceremony begins at exactly 3:30pm, nobody will be allowed in the chapel after 3:25pm. Per venue regulations, guests may not be on the chapel property before 3:00pm. However, you may be on the Adriatica Village property before 3:00pm, just not the chapel island or its bridges. Free parking is available at the Adriatica Village Parking Garage. This will be a small, intimate wedding and most, if not all, guests will be in the wedding photos. Please keep that in mind and dress according to the attire suggestions. We kindly ask that you do not take photos or videos during the ceremony. We are paying a photographer good money for just that, and we would love to see our guests looking dapper and device free in these photographs. We will share our wedding day photos with you all, on this website where you will be free to save and share them. The reception venue is at the restaurant, Sixty Vines, at the Hotel Crescent Court in Uptown Dallas. The reception room, the Greenhouse, can be accessed from the side entrance by the glass dining room. Guests should park in the hotel's underground parking garage. Parking can be validated inside. All guests are welcome to join us for a Farewell brunch before we head off! Note: the brunch is self paid and the location will be determined at a later date. Check back here for an update about the location for the brunch.
