Caitlin and Brandon met through what they both believe was God’s perfect timing. Even though they had lived in Richmond at the same time, their paths never crossed. Caitlin eventually left for college in Mississippi and that’s when Brandon’s patient pursuit began. Through mutual friends and overlapping circles back home, they became aware of each other. Brandon consistently checked in, asking when Caitlin would be home and inviting her to coffee, museums, and photo shoots. Months passed, and after many declined invitations, Caitlin graduated college and moved back to Richmond. Brandon asked one last time. Caitlin knew in her heart, that if she said no again, she’d be making a big mistake. They finally met on a summer day in 2022 at the studio Brandon worked at, just across from what would become their favorite coffee shop, and the rest is history. Since then, the two have been inseparable, finding both friendship and love in one another. Proving that love is patient, and that the strongest relationships bloom from friendship built upon shared values, creativity, fun, and a desire to enjoy each other and the little things in life.
