There are many hotels, house rentals, and bed and breakfasts located in the area outside of the options included below. The options listed below are primarily near our home of Hampton Bays, which is located between the ceremony and reception sites. As our wedding occurs over a holiday weekend, we encourage guests traveling from out of town to arrange lodging accommodations as in advance as possible. If you arrive early or have some extra time, take the chance to enjoy the beautiful beaches, charming shops, and fantastic dining options in Hampton Bays! We have several recommendations under the tab "Things to Do." We can’t wait to celebrate with you! Safe travels!

Once you arrive, you'll find a variety of transportation options to get you to the wedding venue: -Car rental, rideshare, and taxi options are available -Ronkonkoma LIRR Train Station is 3.0 miles from this airport, and is on the Greenport LIRR Line to the Riverhead LIRR Train Station. -Patchogue LIRR Train Station is 6.0 miles from this airport, and is on the Montauk LIRR Line with stops including Bellport Station, Hampton Bays Station, and Southampton Station. -Hampton Jitney Airport Connections - see Jitney information section Travel Time: The drive typically takes about 35-45 minutes from Ronkonkoma to the Hampton Bays area, depending on traffic.

There are connections from Metro-North at Grand Central Station and Amtrak in Penn Station, and access to all stations from Penn Station, Grand Central Station, and Jamaica Station. Montauk Line Stations: 1. Hampton Bays: - Destination: Lodging - Access: The trip takes about 2-2.5 hours from Manhattan. - Getting to Lodging and Venue: Once you arrive at Hampton Bays Station, you can reach local hotels and venues by taxi, rideshare, or a short walk, depending on your accommodations. 2. The Hampton Jitney is a convenient travel option, with stops in Manhattan, Queens, and airport connections to eastern Long Island including stops in Hampton Bays and Southampton. From New York City to Hampton Bays: 1. Get on I-495 E: Start on the Long Island Expressway (I-495) East toward Riverhead. 2. Merge onto NY-27 E: Take Exit 70 for NY-27 East (Sunrise Highway) toward Southampton. 3. Continue on NY-27 E: Stay on NY-27 E for about 12 miles until you reach the Hampton Bays exit 65S. From Connecticut to Hampton Bays: 1. Take I-95 S: Start on I-95 South toward New York. 2. Merge onto I-295 S: Follow signs for I-295 South. 3. Merge onto I-495 E: Take I-495 East toward Riverhead. 4. Merge onto NY-27 E: Take Exit 70 for NY-27 East (Sunrise Highway) toward Southampton. 5. Continue on NY-27 E: Stay on NY-27 E for about 12 miles until you reach the Hampton Bays exit 65S. Ferry Options: Orient Point Ferry: Location: New London, CT to Orient Point, NY (on the North Fork). Travel Details: Take Route 25 to Orient Point. The ferry runs to Cross Sound Ferry, which offers connections to Long Island. Continue to Hampton Bays: After disembarking, drive to Hampton Bays via NY-27 W.
