If you have any other questions, please reach out to Caitlin or Tyler. We want to ensure you have everything you need to enjoy our celebration!
Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can click the RSVP tab above to RSVP online at any time. We will include a paper RSVP with the formal invitation if you prefer to mail your RSVP back to us.

Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 12th, 2025. If we do not receive an RSVP back by this date, it will be counted as a "No." We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide a final guest count to the venue in a timely manner and cannot accept late RSVPs.

Question

What should I do if I cannot attend?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please RSVP "Not Attending" at your earliest convenience so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending," but find that you will not make it, please notify Caitlin or Tyler as soon as you are aware.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you have received a plus one, your invitation will be made out to "(Your Name) & Guest."

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, however, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family. We respectfully ask guests to refrain from bringing children unless otherwise stated on the invitation.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00 pm. We ask that you arrive no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony starts. You may arrive earlier than 15 minutes before to have extra time to park, sign the guest book, and find your seat. Guests can feel free to arrive earlier and stop by Blue Barn Cidery next door for drinks prior to the ceremony.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Although there is no particular dress code, we would love to see our friends and family get dressed up with us on our big day! We kindly ask that you avoid wearing colors traditionally reserved for the bride (whites, ivories, and creams).

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones and cameras be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us as we say "I do," and have hired professionals to capture this moment for us. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like and share them with us!

Question

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

If the weather is nice, our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors. Our reception will be in an indoor area next to where the ceremony took place.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be 4 hours of open bar. The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you! Please make sure you have a way to get home safely.

Question

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, our venue has free on-site parking. Cars can be left overnight, but please note that the parking lot gate is locked at midnight. Cars left overnight can be picked up between 10:00 am - 2:00 pm the following day.

Question

Where should we stay?

Answer

Our venue is located in Hilton, NY. We have decided not to do a hotel block to give our guests the freedom to stay at a place that is most comfortable for them.

Question

Are you registered?

Answer

Yes, you can find our registry details on the "Registry" section of our website.
