CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Answer

Due to limited space at our venue, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited on the invitation. If you received a plus one it will be noted on your invitation in order to RSVP.

ARE KIDS ALLOWED?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, due to the limited space at our venue we have decided to keep our wedding adults only. We encourage you to use this as a date night to get out and have some fun!

WHEN SHOULD I RSVP?

Answer

Please make sure to RSVP "yes" or "no" by May 1st, 2025. This allows us to give our vendors a correct count prior to the wedding.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CAN'T MAKE IT AFTER THE RSVP DATE AND INITIALLY SAID YES?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can't make it please make sure send us an email at tanakamichi1155@gmail.com so we can plan accordingly with our guest count for vendors!

PARKING?

Answer

Yes, there will be a designated parking lot for the Okinawan Center. The parking is free along with regular and handicapped parking stalls. In the case the parking lot is full, there is nearby street parking available.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! We are requesting a semi-formal dress code for the evening. Feel free to wear whatever color you would like, but please no white. Collared and aloha shirts are also recommended. Please refrain from wearing shorts and crocs.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

The reception will be starting at 5:00pm so please plan to arrive by 4:45pm as there is limited parking. The bride and groom are masters of Hawaiian time, however the we wouldn't want you to miss out on the wonderful program we have planned!

IS THIS AN OPEN BAR EVENT?

Answer

YES. The bride and groom have decided the best events are ones with free drinks! We will be providing a selection of light beers and various hard liquors.
