Wedding Cocktails

We're making some of our favorite cocktails at the wedding. The recipes are included below so everyone can join in the fun from afar.

Honey and Hearth

Bright, herbaceous, and boozy with notes of smoke and spice

INGREDIENTS: 1 ½ ounces - Angel’s Envy Bourbon ¾ ounce - Fresh, strained lemon juice ¾ ounce - Ginger liqueur (Domaine de Canton) ¾ ounce - Yellow or Green Chartreuse ¾ ounce - Cinnamon liqueur ice PREPARATION: 1. Combine the bourbon, lemon juice, ginger liqueur, and chartreuse in a cocktail shaker. 2. Fill with ice and shake or stir for a few seconds to chill the drink. Strain into a lowball glass filled with ice. 3. Light the cinnamon stick on fire briefly and extinguish in the cocktail to garnish.

The Lumière

Sour, floral, & herbal. Refreshing, but deceptively strong.

INGREDIENTS: 1.5 ounce - Gin 1 ounce - Elderflower liqueur (St. Germaine) ¾ ounce - Green Chartreuse ¾ ounce - Freshly squeezed lime juice 1 dash of orange bitters Lime twist or wedge PREPARATION: 1. Place the ingredients in a mixing glass and stir for 30 seconds (shaking is an alternative option). 2. Pour the mixing glass contents into a chilled coupe. 3. Garnish with a lime twist/wedge

Mint Paloma

Fresh, tart and surprisingly minty. For my margarita lovers.

INGREDIENTS: 2 ounce - Tequila 1 ½ ounce - Fresh, strained grapefruit juice 1 ounce - Fresh, strained lime juice ½ ounce - Mint simple syrup (1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, and 1 cup mint leaves) PREPARATION: 1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir with ice until cold. 3. Strain into highball glass with ice.

Up in the Air

Smooth and creamy with the bright, unique taste of aloe

INGREDIENTS: ¾ ounce - Gin ¾ ounce - Elderflower liqueur (St. Germaine) ¾ ounce - Aloe liqueur (Chareau) ¾ ounce - freshly squeezed lime juice 1 egg white PREPARATION: 1. Place the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. 2. Pour the mixing glass contents into a chilled coupe glass.
