It was pretty forgettable to be honest. I'm not sure either of us even actually remember it. Shash was one of Scott's earliest high school friends. Caitlin was merely the sister of Scott. Maybe let's talk about the first date instead. The story varies depending on who you ask... Shash: We went to Freshwater but the beach was bloody closed, so we sat on the sand and chatted mostly. I took her on a rock walk, and we had our first kiss half way between her and my favourite beach. Caitlin: We went out to dinner after my uni graduation. He dressed up a little (amazing!) and we ate Nando's together in one of those cute booths. He paid for my meal and the girls at the counter joked with him about who his 'girlfriend' was.

On the second anniversary of our first date, Shash drove us to Curl Curl beach, right around the corner from where we had our first/second date. Yet again the beach was closed, so we set off on a rock walk towards Caitlin's favourite beach. Shash and Scott had been communicating in secret all morning and a private picnic was set up for us at Dee Why Head. Once settled, Shash serenaded me with the most beautiful song and popped the question. I apparently left him waiting for a lifetime (a whole 3seconds) until I squealed with excitement "yes!"

We are beyond excited to join together as husband and wife! It brings us great honour that you will be there to celebrate alongside us. A huge thank you to everyone who made it possible.

We are lucky enough to have purchased land in Box Hill, NSW. We are currently in the midst of building our very first home together. Expected date of completion is May 2021.
