We're getting married!

Sebastian and Caitlin met through a mutual friend, their first encounter in a car - in the parking lot of his fraternity house which happened to be next door to her sorority house. The conversation was short, he was quiet but sure of himself, she was talkative and very intrigued by him... Caitlin integrated herself into Sebastian's brotherhood, becoming a part of his friend group, sharing big & little brothers, and spending most of her free time hanging out with the guys. This all worked out well because once Caitlin was ready to mingle, she set her sights on Sebastian, and never looked back. (Have you looked at him?!) Over several months of group socializing, they had their first date on the steps of Caitlin's home which lasted a few hours and continued with a nightcap next door. A month later on Caitlin's 20th birthday, they spent the evening together celebrating and haven't stopped celebrating birthdays since (13 and counting!). Over the years they've experienced a lot as a couple: living together, travels to Las Vegas & Dallas with the Tatums, Sonoma, San Francisco and New York, many family gatherings at the Scheinharts, lots of music listening & concerts, sports watching (Rangers v As games in Oakland, Warriors & Sharks games, front row at Giants games & tons of NFL Sundays filled with joy & heartbreak), hangouts at Grant Park, slow weekend mornings with coffee and dogs, eating our way through San Jose, and so much more! Next up is Caitlin's maiden voyage to Europe, finally going to Vienna at Christmastime to see the home country of The Scheinharts and spend some time traveling through Europe for their honeymoon. Marriage has been a "will we/won't we" topic for some years... but Sebastian and Caitlin are happy to embark on this new life milestone, a true symbol of love, teamwork, and commitment. Caitlin and Sebastian believe their union will forevermore be the continued foundation of their friendship as they navigate whatever life has ahead for them.
