Dress code for the rehearsal is dressy casual (jeans are welcome, but no graphic t-shirts, please!). *Side note: the rehearsal consists of wedding part only
Dressy and formal, and we do recommend selecting a light material as the ceremony will be held outdoors. Footwear- western boots are welcome or comfortable dressy shoes since we may be out in a pasture.
Absolutely! I will have many nieces and nephews in attendance and youngsters are welcome join.
In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will still be held at the ranch, but indoors.
Appetizers: charcuterie board, shrimp cocktail and Italian meatballs Main Course: NY strip steak or herb crusted chicken Sides: baked potatoes, asparagus & carrots, plus salad bar with dinner rolls Dessert: banana pudding & blondies/brownies (and of course, wedding cupcakes!)
The ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm on Saturday, March 2nd and will run about 30 minutes in length, after which there will be a photo shoot for family, wedding party, and friends who would like to have photos taken with the bride and groom.
The reception will be held across the highway at Quail Creek and guests can begin arriving immediately following the ceremony. Food will be served roughly around 6 pm.
There will be water, tea, and soda available, as well as sparkling cider for toasting. We have decided to forgo serving alcohol as the venue does not have a license for this and the cost to have an alcohol truck come in was a bit steep.
While we do not have a set registry list, for those who feel moved to give a gift we are accepting money or checks to fund our future honeymoon! Traditional wedding gifts are also welcome.
