Rooms will cost a special rate of $169 + tax with our wedding code. There are two room options- standard room with 1 king bed or 2 queen beds. All of the rooms have sofa beds. To make your reservation, call and ask for the Nicholson Boyles Wedding rate. If you prefer booking online, go to the website, click on "Book," enter the dates you wish you stay, and choose "Corporate or Group Code" in the drop down box. Type in the discount code. Next, click on "check availability," then proceed to making the reservation. Please make reservations before July 28th, 2025!

Shuttle

Shuttle from the Hotel to Ceremony

August 31, 2025 3:00 pm - 9:45 pm

The shuttle will depart from the hotel at 3 pm to the venue prior to the ceremony, and then the evening shuttle will depart from the reception at 9:45 pm.
