FAQs

Questions? We have The Answers.
Question

ARE THERE COLORS I SHOULD AVOID?

Answer

We ask that you do not wear colors traditionally reserved for the bride; whites, ivories, creams, or any colors that are very light and may appear white on camera.

Question

CAN I BRING A DATE/PLUS ONE?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay within our venues capacity and can only accommodate those specifically listed on your invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we ask that you do not bring a plus one unless they are specifically listed in your invitation.

Question

ARE CHILDREN WELCOME?

Answer

We chose an intimate venue with limited capacity, so we are unable to accommodate babies, infants or children (outside of the immediate family in the wedding party). Other than that, the guest list is 18+ only and includes only those listed specifically on your invitation. We appreciate you making arrangements in advance and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Question

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS?

Answer

Our ceremony will be "unplugged", *(no cameras or phones permitted during the ceremony at all). We have a wonderful wedding photographer and want her to be able to work her magic without interruptions or phones in her way. No photos from guests are permitted until after our ceremony concludes. Thank you for respecting our wishes on this special day.

Question

DO YOU HAVE A REGISTRY?

Answer

Yes! All of our registry information is listed under the "REGISTRY" tab. Please click there for more information.

Question

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 6:00 pm, and we recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes early to park and find your seat. The garden gates will open at 5:30pm for guests to start being seated. If you arrive after the gates have closed for the ceremony, you will be asked to wait until the ceremony is finished and then you will be able to join us for cocktail hour and the reception.

Question

WILL THE WEDDING BE OUTDOORS?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and the reception will all be held in the gardens. Please plan accordingly for the weather.

Question

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T RSVP IN TIME?

Answer

If your RSVP is not returned by the date listed in your invitation, it will be marked as a "No." Total guest counts must be provided to our venue in advance. Due to this we are unable to accept late RSVP's.

Question

WHAT DATE SHOULD I RSVP BY & HOW DO I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 12th, 2025. Late RSVP’s will not be accepted. All RSVP’s must come through the website; [text, email or word of mouth will not be considered an official RSVP.] If you are unable to attend, please RSVP “No.” as soon as possible so that we can notify our vendors of final counts.

Question

WHERE SHOULD I PARK?

Answer

Street parking is available surrounding the venue, please carpool if you are traveling together. If you plan on drinking, please have a designated driver or pre-planned travel accommodations. We want everyone to get home safely!

Question

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Answer

There will be a limited open bar - beer and wine kegs will be provided along with a large selection of other pre-made drinks. Please feel free to bring a drink of your own (no fridge space will be available, but it may be able to be put on ice), if you are unable to have what is provided or have restrictions. We ask that our guests drink responsibly and have a designated driver or travel accommodations pre-planned.

Question

WILL THERE BE TRANSPORTATION?

Answer

There will not be transportation to or from the venue. Please coordinate your travel plans before-hand, and ensure that you have a designated driver if you are planning on drinking (we want our guests to be safe!) UBER and LYFT are also available in the area.
