Wedding Ceremony and Reception

Shuttle Information for the Wedding Day: At 2:30pm: 2 minivans will depart from the city center of Porto Cesareo Beach. The pick up point for those closest is https://maps.app.goo.gl/hWn6UHD6L3aTy7nJA?g_st=com.google.maps.preview.copy. This will deliver you to the main shuttle pick up point. At 3:15pm: main coach will depart from Porto Cesareo and deliver guests to Castello Monaci. Pick up point is https://maps.app.goo.gl/MFHAMtvEZN5zeDbS8 The shuttle service for returns from Castello Monaci to Porto Cesareo Beach will begin at 11:30pm. The minivans will continue loops to Porto Cesareo as guests need. There are no set windows of departure times. The last main coach will leave after the music/party stops at 2:00am. The DJ will make an announcement as a reminder. There will be an appetizer buffet and dessert buffet. The sit-down dinner will be two courses. The appetizer buffet alone will be very enticing to fill up on, but it is highly recommended to save room for those courses!

Pool Party

Pool party attire! So either swimsuit/swim trunks, beach cover ups, sundresses or casual wear. Whatever you are most comfortable in!
Caitlin and Josh would like to spend time with all of their guests that have traveled so far to celebrate with them! This will take place at the pool of the B&B Le Scuderie on Castello Monaci's property. They will have a photographer and videographer for two hours from 1:00pm-3:00pm, so if you are just planning to come for a little bit the newlyweds ask that you do so in the earlier hours. There are some pool floats and games as well. There will be food and drink provided. There is a welcome drink and either a 1/2 liter of wine or 1 beer provided during the lunch. If you would like more, there will also be a bar to order cocktails, wine and beer at. Card should be accepted, but it is smart to bring cash as well.
