We are getting married at Nichols Heir – The Grand Hall, located at 1187 New Era Rd, Sevierville, TN 37862. Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the same venue.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

As much as we’d love to celebrate with everyone, we can only accommodate those named on the invitation. However, if your invitation includes a guest's name, then yes- we would love for them to join! Thank you for your understanding!

Are children allowed?

Answer

We adore your little ones, but we kindly request a child‑free celebration, with the exception of immediate family. Please celebrate with us by keeping the guest list to those listed on the invitation. Think of it as a well‑deserved night out just for you.

Where do I park?

Answer

There is ample parking available beside the Grand Hall, and golf carts will be on hand to escort guests to the entrance. Additional overflow parking is also provided.

How to RSVP?

Answer

RSVP is necessary to join us in celebrating! Please RSVP no later than the date specified on your invitation by visiting our RSVP page with who was listed on the invitation.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly begin at 4:00pm so we recommend arriving 30 minutes early to park, find a seat, and settle in!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony is scheduled outdoors, with the reception to follow inside.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We politely ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, as we’ve hired professionals to capture this special moment. After the ceremony, please feel free to snap away and capture all the fun!

Can I bring a gift to the wedding?

Answer

Your presence is the greatest gift we could ask for on our special day! However, if you would like to honor us with a gift, we will have a gift table and card box available.
