Due to limited space at our venue, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited to our wedding. If you received a plus one it will appear under your name when you RSVP through the website. Please be sure to list the name of the guest who will be joining you.
We absolutely love your little ones! However, due to limited space at our venue, we have decided to keep our wedding adults only with the exception of younger extended family members. We encourage you to use this as a date night to get out and have some fun!
You can RSVP as soon as you'd like! Please make sure to RSVP "yes" or "no" no later than January 30th. This allows us to give our vendors a correct count prior to the wedding.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will be held indoors.
We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! We are requesting cocktail attire for the evening. We have created a Pinterest board incase you need any inspiration! https://pin.it/3jtnnNGIY We encourage everyone to dress to impress while keeping in mind the venue's vibe and the chilly Georgia spring weather! We'd love to see our guests in soft, cheerful colors - pastels and any fresh shades that feel seasonal and light. Think pinks, light blues, lavender, soft yellows and oranges, or anything that gives off that joyful spring vibe but please, no white dresses / jumpsuits or black dresses / jumpsuits / shirts.
The ceremony will be starting at 5:00pm EST. To avoid being late and missing anything, we recommend arriving by 4:30pm EST, to ensure parking and finding a seat before it starts!
Is there parking available on - site? Yes, parking is available and free! There will be parking attendants on site that will be greeting and directing everyone to the main courtyard. Are there limits for parking? Absolutely not! The venue / parking lot is on private property. Will transportation be provided to and from the hotels? TBD How far is the parking lot to the ceremony site? Approx.
First of all, thank you so much for traveling the distance to celebrate with us! We have provided everyone with a hotel that you may book with! This will be located under the travel tab with a link provided to the hotel block to check availability and book. We have also provided links for Airbnbs and Vrbos that are close to the venue if you choose to go the cabin route.
We have hired an amazing photographer named Kanella Cuneio, and she and her second shooter will be there to capture all the moments of the ceremony! We have also hired a fantastic videographer named Todd Huggard, and he and his second videographer will also be there to capture all of the special moments of the ceremony! We do kindly ask that phones be silenced and put away during the ceremony portion. Feel free to take as many photos / videos once the ceremony has ended.
